Here’s some pictures of walking Rio down our street, she seems to have made a strong connection with Mom, so Mom either has to be with us every walk…or leave the house. Someday that could be an issue…

    Nice photos! Now that she's getting used to you walking her as long as Mom comes, will I have to take both you and Mom with me when I try to walk her?

    It may be that the Rio Trio refers to more than Rio, Chloe and Yoko. Perhaps it refers to Rio, whoever wants to walk her, and Candi, since Rio requires her on all walks. If Candi takes a vacation far, far away, how about bringing Joe, too? Then we'll have Hannah and Lucas here with us. We're still going through withdrawal.

    I love this story and pictures. Actually I just figured out how to sign on to this blog--needed to sinceI love it so much---thanks Lucas.

    Rio is acting like a stubborn mule--I've definitely seen this behavior in her before but I never even made it out the door with her--so you've made tons of progress!!! The great new is that now Rio has a purposeful job once again--to protect your Mom unconditionally!
